Hear is a health chart for u to persue fitness

Hy frnds u can just follow the following steps and be fit…😊😊

  • Start with a healthy breakfast with some milk ,brown bread or some flakes.
  • U can have chapati and vegetable in your lunch so that u need not feel tired but energetic whole day .
  • Now in evening u can have light snacks which contains less oil such as diet poha,fruits,dry fruits ,vegetable sandwhich …. avoid starch .
  • In dinner u can have rice or chapati and vegetable or u can also have roughage and milk .
  • U can also eat fruits , dry fruits , brown bread or green tea whenever u feel hungry .
  • U should also drink a lot of water so that waste from your body goes out.
  • With this diet plan also do some light exercises for faster results.

1st step to be healthy

One can be healthy . U need not leave your regular dietor go to gym for heavy exercises . Health does not mean only to be physically fit but also mentally . If one has a fit body but suffer from a lot of strees he cannot be called helathy . To be healthy one should enjoy their life . Do whatever you are intrested in but study is too important . One should balance activities . I’m not saying you to feel burden , study everytime , be a bookworm or to be free everytime and do not study . If u want to be healthy there are some easy steps by which you can relief stress and be called healthyΒ .

* Atleast exercises or yoga for 1 hour daily.

* Avoid oily and junk food .

*Try to replace tea by green tea .

*Adopt a regularity of certain activities u like such as dancing, singing , cooking etc.

* Try to replace bread by Brown bread .

*Releave negative thoughts fromΒ  your mind .

*Drink water as much as u can
